At UniNiva, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our cancellation and refund terms:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled or returned within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are not shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still request a return or exchange (if applicable).

• Exchanged products will be delivered within 2-7 business days

• To cancel, email us at support@uniniva.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

• If approved,it will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• For returns after shipment, refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged items – any product not in its original condition, packaging, or with tags removed not eligible for return or refund.
